1. No Returns or Exchange on Hemp Products

For quality, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following products:

  • Hemp Flower

  • Hemp Shake

  • Hemp Concentrates

This policy applies to opened and unopened products, as well as requests based on a change of mind, personal preference, flavor, aroma, texture, or expected effects.

Please review product descriptions, quantities, prices, and order details carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect item or believe your product arrived damaged or defective, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable.
