Where is my tracking number? I never got a confirmation email.

We've sent you an email with your new tracking number. If you do not see it, please check both your inbox and spam folder for the confirmation email with the tracking number attached.

What is taking my tracking number so long to update? It's stuck on pre-shipping.

Unfortunately, once packages are handed over to USPS, we have limited control over their processing and delivery times. We understand the frustration caused by delays and truly appreciate your patience. For additional assistance or tracking updates, please contact USPS Customer Service at 1-800-275-8777. 

Why has my order been in pre-shipping for so long with no update or response?

It seems your package may have been lost during transit. We can send you a reimbursement package — would you like to go with that option? If so, we can create the new shipping label today and you should be emailed a new tracking number by end of today or tomorrow. 

Where is my order? Why is it taking so long to process or ship out?

Sorry for the delay. USPS is currently experiencing processing delays due to staffing shortages and high order volume. We have this notice posted on the yellow banner at the top of our website. If your tracking has not updated after 15 business days, we will send a reimbursement package free of charge with all original items included.

Why are items deleting or not showing up in my cart after I add them?

Discount codes and other deals do not stack on top of each other. Each cart only allows one promotion at a time. The best way to redeem multiple deals is to split into separate orders. 

Why is it taking so long to fulfil my order?

Your order should be processed within 1–3 business days and handed to USPS the same day it's fulfilled. After that, USPS may require additional time to update your tracking. We are currently short-staffed and working hard to get all orders out quickly. Thank you for your patience.

Can I mix and match strains or flavors?

Yes! Please add a note to your order before checkout so our fulfilment team can make the necessary edits. The note is crucial for accuracy — specify exactly what changes you'd like.

I am having technical issues with my store page or cart.

Thank you for letting us know. We have notified our technical team and they are working to resolve it as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can email us the items you'd like to purchase and we can create an invoice for you to complete your order without any issues.

Can you remove something from my cart?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to edit customer carts from our end unless the cart has already been paid for and is waiting to be fulfilled. Sorry for the inconvenience.
 

When will I get the second half of my wholesale order?
 

Due to the size of your order, we had to split it into two separate packages, both requiring signatures upon receiving. Please check your email for the tracking number for the second part of your order. 

When will I get a reimbursement package? How long do I have to wait?

Current Puffweiser policy guarantees customer reimbursements if 15 business days have passed (excluding weekends) since the original shipping date and no update is visible on the USPS website. We are sorry for the wait and reassure you that a reimbursement package is guaranteed if tracking does not update by that date.

It's been longer than 15 business days — where is my package?

It appears your package was lost during transit. We can send you a reimbursement package — it will ship today and we will email you a new tracking number by end of today. We're sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

After emailing the customer their new tracking number.

Here is your new tracking number for your reimbursement package. We will hand it into USPS today — please allow a few days for USPS to process and update your tracking. Thank you for your patience and for being our customer!

My order says it arrived but I never received anything.

Please contact USPS Customer Service and request "GPS tracking" to get more specific details on the last whereabouts of your package — that information is not provided to us. If a package is marked "delivered" to the address you provided, we are unfortunately unable to issue a reimbursement per our store policy.

The package went to the wrong address.

After reviewing the details, we found the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect. Our team fulfilled and shipped the order exactly as submitted, so we are unable to offer a reimbursement. We'd be happy to assist you place a new order with a verified address to avoid further issues. 

I received mail from USPS saying my package was detained and I have letters about a legal matter. 

The matter is already being resolved with our legal team. We ensure our customers will not have to worry about any legal issues with USPS, and any lost packages during transit can be reimbursed with all originally ordered items.

Why is my order taking so long to be fulfilled? (Out of stock)

We were out of stock at the time — sorry for the long wait. We will get to your order right away and your tracking will be updated. Please allow a couple of days for tracking to reflect the update.

I never got my package but it says delivered — please send it again.

Per our store policy, packages marked as delivered by USPS to the address provided by the customer are not eligible for a reimbursement package or refund. We recommend contacting USPS directly to investigate further. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
