If you offer a bogo make sure you make it clear that it is not buy one ounce get one free. (Typical buy one get one idea of buy an ounce get an ounce plus 10 gummies the way it was advertised their claim is buy one ounce get one 10 pc gummies free....that is not how it was advertised. Anyway, it was basically powder. It had very little smell it tasted nasty and did not do anything..... it would have been great if it would have been properly advertised and handled better on the customer service side it would be a help..... As of right now I won't be ordering again which is sad I wanted to try the concentrates. But after this experience never mind
This company ripped me off. I got an email that said “buy one ounce get one ounce free PLUS free gift”. I followed the email promotion to the letter and placed my order. When it arrived I was surprised I only received 1 ounce of shake and a pack of gummies. After multiple attempts to get Customer Service to correct the error, I was told I didn’t understand the promotion and what was advertised in Puffweiser email materials AND MULTIPLE INSTAGRAM ADS (I provided several screenshots showing this and was still told I was confused). Never shopping here again, beware.
