My package got mistakenly sent to Michigan, so it took my order 14 days to be delivered. Then, I only received 3 and a half ounces. And then, realized that 3 out of the 4 variety, are all Indica, no Sativa. So I'm not really pleased, and I have tried to become a regular customer. So just wanted to know if the CEO would like to compensate for my discrepancy. Would love to have a great story to leave on here. Thanks.

When I first order the bundle. It was hailed by the Postal Inspector for melibility. I let your staff know and that immediately began to rectify the situation. Several contacts were made with me to ensure me the things were being processed. I think that's great in these times were there's no good customer service anymore. I'm thankful for the correction and I did receive the product. I have found in his best consumed using a bong. I did think that they would be potent. However was a mild uplifting and relaxation. Definitely not for a premium connoisseur. Will continue to experiment with it further to see just what the optimum results may be. I noticed with budget deal and by no means critical to what I received. Cuz the words are you get what you pay for. I'm new to this and learning as I go. Thanks for the great customer service. I am interested in premium product but have been burned for my cash before with products end up being Reggie. Puff and Company are good service people. I think best for that reason I will trust in making further purchases.

It was more like dust that shake and I dont believe the Coa on it they must have been going off of the actual bud one of the four was shake material the other three looked like they had been through a food processor

Trash bud was to dry and too shaky I understand cheap price but I’ll rather pay for cheap and quality instead of just cheap.
The shake has no smell to it at all everything smelled the same. Almost smells like you got sold some oregano or something. I completely disliked it.
Two bags were crispy clean. One bag very stemmy. One bag little bit stemmy, little bit leafy. No real complaints except the stems. Make them go away. Two very clean bags out of the four and toke well

The shake was too ground up, more like dust. It tastes more like leaves than ground up bud which is my understanding of what shake is supposed to be…. What I feel like I received is trim and that is not what I was looking for. I will say the weed provides a high but after I smoke multiple fat blunts of it. It tastes like leaves n smells like a hint of some type of heavy cream or something, but again, taste is lacking, even the smell. I do not feel confident passing this around in a session with my peers. My homie actually remarked about how it smelled to him while we were smoking. Of all the places I have shopped for trim or shake, this by far is my least favorite experience, AND shipping took almost a week n a half. Unfortunately, I highly doubt I will be making another purchase from this store, esp flower. I may try the concentrate, but I have to be transparent. If your trim was lackluster, it doesn’t make me confident to think your other products are good. We have heard the saying “you’re only as strong as your weakest player” and your weakest player is not even a contender.

The stuff works, but it smells and tastes like fakeness. Smells like tea, not weed.

A friend stopped through town we smoked some and here I am. I checked this site and How are you in business? Reviews show weight which is way off. Strange variety of colors in trim.
